Premium Build
Constructed from durable tubular steel, this premium multi-gym is built to endure the demands of daily use. From its robust steel frame and high-tensile cables to every nut and bolt, the Studio 7400 is engineered for exceptional reliability featuring MONSTROUS 80kg weight stack, allowing you to concentrate entirely on your training.

Space-Efficient Design
With dimensions of just 165cm x 105cm (65" x 41"), the Studio 7400 offers a compact footprint, making it significantly smaller than an equivalent free-weight setup. Its streamlined size minimizes the space required for your workouts, helping you maintain a clear distinction between your living area and training zone.

Seamless Performance
Equipped with a double-pulley system and weight stack guide rods, the Studio 7400 ensures a quiet and fluid workout experience, comparable to that of higher-end models. The high-tensile steel cables move smoothly through the pulleys, eliminating jerks, reducing wear and tear, and significantly extending the lifespan of this premium multi-gym.
Comprehensive Features
80kg Weight Stack
The 15 weight plates each weigh approximately 5kg (11lbs), allowing for gradual weight adjustments. Additionally, the top selector plate weighs 2.5kg (5.5lbs), making it ideal for steadily building strength, one step at a time.
Comfortable, Adjustable Seat
The Studio 7400 is equipped with a padded, height-adjustable seat designed to provide proper biomechanical alignment during your workout. This ensures optimal support and comfort, allowing you to push your limits confidently and safely without compromising on stability.
Preacher Pad
Preacher curls are an excellent way to isolate the biceps for building mass and size. The Studio 7400 includes a preacher pad, allowing you to perform precise, controlled bicep curls without cheating or cutting reps short, ensuring a more focused and effective workout

Versatile Exercise Options
The Studio 7400 offers an extensive range of exercises, including pulldowns, rows, shoulder raises, shoulder presses, bicep curls, leg extensions, leg curls, and inner/outer leg kicks. It features a dual-action chest station for chest presses and pec-deck exercises, along with a preacher pad to ensure proper form. Designed for an all-over body workout, the Studio 7400 helps you build your desired physique while targeting key muscle groups such as: 1) Quadriceps, 2) Hamstrings, 3) Calves, 4) Chest, 5) Back, 6) Shoulders, 7) Biceps, 8) Triceps, 9) Forearms, 10) Trapezius, 11) Abs

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 October 2024Arrived within a few days delivered by a couple of helpful guys who put it where it needed to be, Be warned it is heavy.
People have said it’s a tad difficult to put together but if you follow the instructions step by step carefully and read what it says then you should have no problems, just take your time. If you have space lay the pieces out after taking off the plastic wrappings so you can see what you got.
The items are very well packed and you will see that you have a huge amount of packaging to dispose of.
Once assembled the DKN7400 is a very solid, well built, well thought out Multi Gym. The quality far exceeds many of the more expensive Multi Gyms on the market. One of the main features is its compactness it fits into a garage gym very well with only a small foot print.
It’s a pleasure to use, quiet, and assuring, no wobbles or creaks, over all an excellent Multi Gym that’s worth every penny.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 June 2023This is a quality home gym. Well worth spending the extra on for the study build and excellent range of exercises (exercises can be further supplemented by accessories.) The instructions were good but there is also a video on YouTube to help put it together (I don't know if able to put link here but just search Studio 7400.) Weight stack is quiet in operation for anyone worried about noise and the pulley system for the weights is smooth in action. Adjustment of the weight amount is easy. The exercise chart is useful. All round positive!
In addition communication & customer service from Sweatband was fantastic from beginning to end (seperate review about this submitted & I would recommend them as a highly reliable vendor from which to buy a big purchase like this.)
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 November 2024As many have said putting it together can be a challenge the instructions aren’t clear at times. But once finished the function and use is all good. The design is good solid weight capacity. It’s good value for money overall we’re happy with it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 January 2024Great multigym, really impressive build quality, especially for the price. The only complaint is in the clarity of the instruction manual, which is very difficult to follow. Fortunately, if you google "DKN 7400 Studio Assembly", you'll find a very helpful video which a couple of guys put together to show building one of these from the ground up. This isn't needed for the first few assembly steps but becomes an absolute lifesaver when things start getting complicated and you have to begin putting the rollers on.
And something that cost me a lot of time which I'll share here to spare you the pain ... when adding the rollers there are two different types, one of which has a slightly wider collar than the other. The ones with the narrower collar are intended to be placed inside the metal frames which have dedicated cutouts for them. The wider ones won't fit. Don't mix them up! (The difference isn't easy to spot once it's assembled and you'll find yourself taking old rollers off and checking them visually, as I did).

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 June 2023It was time consuming rather than difficult to build. I got the instruction video of youtube but ended up using the instruction that came with the gym, it's just common sense. The gym itself is very sturdy, you can get full lockout on your thighs with the leg extensions, the chest press and butterfly are good for maximum stretch. I am enjoying using this machine which is better than the much more expensive brands like York. Overall, i'm very happy with this machine and have already noticed better chest gains in the first month of use. Recommended
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 October 2023I prepared by taking my time with the assembly, (two days) and watching you tube videos. It was quite fun to put together, just like giant a meccano set. The rig is pretty sturdy.
I have been using the gym for a couple of weeks, with just short 20 minutes session each day. I am already noticing feeling healthier, with upper body strength conditioning and air capacity. Slowly increasing the length of my sessions, but not yet feeling comfortable about increasing the weights, if ever.
Note if measuring for space, you also need to allow for your lie down length in front of the machine, for rowing pull exercises.
I am not sure why they supply 80Kg of weights. Starting out I can only manage 15Kg, and doubt that I will ever get to 25Kg. It would make more sense to pay for extra weights.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 January 2025Ordered over a week ago and still waiting for all the items. Sweatband have only sent 1 box. Originally the courier couldn’t deliver because they hadn’t received any of the boxes, now they say that they are still awaiting the last three boxes. I have all the bits to assemble the frame but none of the wait plates. How can sweatband keep making the same mistakes. Really poor!
