custom the footing
I use it often since purchasing, but in the beginning, I find the footing to be too small, on using the equipment for ten minutes I find that your foot starts to hurt, because you only have a small portion of your foot on the equipment footing. how these companies don't do what other equipments do like cross trainers or these sliders, and have footing designed for the full foot, to make it comfortable, and long usage at any one time, because since I have custom mines, my foot does not hurt, and I don't need to stop after ten minutes to get comfortable, I can easily be on mines for over 30 minutes which i do every time I use mines. so if you do buy great, but get yourself down to B&Q, and get the bits.
