I recommend these more of a way to reduce muscle pain and tiredness.Easier to do workouts in next day without paid or muscle tiredness.Haven’t seen any side affects both physically and mentally.I take these with some other multi vitamin pills etc.Overall would buy again only for muscle repair and anti tiredness.2 pills after a workout is perfect.     I wanted to try this for a month before reviewing this product. I'd obviously read quite a bit about BCAA's before buying them and I have to say I have noticed some improvements in myself. I definitely have more energy when I am working out now and I can see that I can do more, for longer.
    And because of this, I am noticing my body improve. Having enough energy to continue my reps during my gym sessions was always my biggest problem. So far, these have only improved what I was lacking.
    I'll continue to use them for definite as they have only helped my gym sessions be more intense and longer, not to mention my energy levels in the day time have increased a lot too. Better still, these tablets don't cost the earth either nor have I noticed any side effects at all.
    I have to say its a good product and I'd recommend for sure.

    With products like these it is hard to know if you are reaping any kind of benefit... however... 6 months ago I started intermittent fasting (fast for 16 hours and eat normally during the remaining 8 hours). As I train at 6am this meant I was working out on an empty stomach and I'll be honest I saw my performance drop through the floor. Until I read about BCAAs and taking them prior to exercise on an empty stomach (fasted state). The difference was remarkable, my performance at 6am returned to normal and I started seeing great benefits of the fasting. I even tried an experiment (by accident) where one day I didn't take the BCAAs before training (hey it was 5am and I had no coffee plus a crying baby). Suffice to say I slogged through the workout and had zero energy. These BCAAs are among the most affordable I've found and definitely work.

    Now that I have had this product for over a month it is time to type a review.

    Being a person that is within the fitness industry I only found it essential that I would have to try this product. Keeping in mind this isn't something which will show you results in a couple of days, it takes awhile. If you are looking to build that "Lean Muscle" you`ll have to train well / properly and also not forgetting that food is definitely crucial. Consuming just protein shakes and bars etc.. will not get you the enhanced results versus what this product will.

    Back to the crucial part about food, food will give you your macros and micros which if you don't understand what they`re I'm sure Google will help. One macro which which this product helps with is Protein. Protein is the thing that will help you rebuild and will grow more maturely depending on how you train. More reps and using your full ROM (Range of Movement) will help you build muscle more maturely. So, after you have finished your workout, you`ll want to consume some sort of product that has protein in it, to make sure you rebuild. This can come from either your shakes or foods like eggs/chicken etc. Stuff that has a higher biological value which in other word means the body will absorb more protein for the item which has a higher value versus the item which has the lower.

    Taking around 3 of these first thing in the morning with a glass of water should be enough for it to take in all the protein from anything you consume, more prominently Food.
