Good Customer Review
This is fantastic, and I would say just as good as one you would use in a gym. My husband put it together it took him in total 4 hours, it works really well, no squeaks, rides smoothly and we are both enjoying using it. The displays are clear, and it really does feel like a good work out. Would definitely recommend
Bad Customer Review
Doesn’t have a long enough stride compared to cross trainers in the gym which is understandable but won’t really do what I need. Good for 10-20 minutes here and there.
Latest Customer Reviews 2023
“I was impressed by the sturdy build quality and attention to detail: All the nuts and bolts were supplied with thread lock or were anti-shake, and all had springs washers. I assembled it solo (it really needs two people), in about 2 and a half hours. The trickiest bit was connecting the control panel which needed three hands. It is everthing I expected to use and I hope it will also last at least 20 years.” – Paul
“Unfortunately in my set of parts, the arm had a cracked and loose switch part. Also, there was a bit of a knocking sound when using it if I put my weight down through my heel. However, the company (JTX) were great on both counts (in particular Jamie), sending a replacement part on next day delivery, and a very competent engineer the following week (Peter) who replaced something and got it working very nicely. ” – Dr F
