There is no denying that this rowing machine gives great value for money. In addition it is also made to a very good standard. With a good number of resistance levels and seven monitor functions, there is plenty to help you achieve your fitness goals. There is a folding mechanism which is always a good thing with any home rower. Been direct belt driven it is both quiet and smooth when in use.
Resistance
As with all good rowing machines this model features a magnetic resistance system. In total there are 10 levels of magnetic resistance which is a good amount. At the lowest setting the resistance offered is understandably weak, however, when past the half way mark the resistance does require a bit of effort. At the top end the resistance is more than capable of g a good providing a good workout. With a good range of resistance the JLL R200 is suitable for beginners and advanced users alike.
LCD Display & Monitor Functions
With 7 readouts given there is plenty of information about your workout that can be used to rrack progress. The 7 readouts given are total count, calories, count/min, count, distance, time and scan mode.

Seat & Handles
